Cleaning Factories and Other Industrial Settings

A stationary pressure washer is sufficient for cleaning factory floors if the area is confined to a certain space. However, when you need to clean large areas or you need to perform cleanup in multiple locations, the best option is to buy mobile pressure washers. Mobile pressure washers are wheel mounted and some mobile pressure washers can be fitted onto trailers for long distance transportation.

Daimer® offers a variety of mobile pressure washers, for every kind of industrial application. It sells electricity-, gasoline-, propane-, and diesel-powered mobile pressure washers. The Super Max™ 12500 PE AF offers superior cleaning thanks to 3000 psi pressure level, high temperature, and a powerful propane engine. This machine also offers a phosphatizing option.

Similarly, the Super Max™ 12500 GE is a gasoline powered, propane heated machine. Such powerful mobile pressure washers are ideal for cleaning factories and floors. It offers temperature levels up to 330°F. When using fuel powered machines for indoor cleaning, make sure there is proper ventilation available.

In addition to power methods, you also need to consider factors such as temperature and pressure levels. Many industrial applications require high temperatures. For these tasks, use machines such as the Super Max™ 7000SP that generates 100% wet steam at pressure levels of 1000 psi and temperatures of 330°F. This electric machine is wheel mounted and offers easy mobility within small industrial sites.

Mobile pressure washers have different capabilities according to their features. Gasoline, diesel, and propane powered machines cannot be used in confined areas without proper ventilation, while electric machines may be used indoors and outdoors. This is not usually a problem because Daimer®’s machines carry long hose lengths for up to 300 feet, which can be further enhanced for cleaning indoor areas, leaving the fume-emitting engine housing outside.
